Policy

Built in, not bolted on

FABTECH offers any kind of construction work conforming to the approved code and conduct.
FABTECH basically follows ASTM, BNBC, BS and IS.
To ensure field quality control, quality assurance and quality management, FABTECH has established an in-house QA/QC team along with laboratory facilities.

FABTECH has its own health, environment and safety policy for construction work.
FABTECH has established a dedicated in-house HSE team to ensure maximum safety for workers.
FABTECH generally follows codes from the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) — although the client’s requirement is the first thing FABTECH follows.

In practice

Procedure-controlled welding with certified welders, traceable materials and documented inspection to project code.

Hydrostatic and load testing of process piping, pipelines, storage tanks and pressure vessels prior to commissioning.

Where a client’s HSE requirement is stricter than our own baseline, the client’s requirement governs.
